From boardrooms to banquet facilities to baseball diamonds, Cookeville is your must-see choice location for conventions, concerts, weddings and sports events.

We have meeting rooms that seat from 15 to 975, and we have excellent catering selections to suit your palate. A 458-seat, fully-equipped live performance theatre is owned and operated by the City of Cookeville and available for concerts and theatrical performances. For larger events, there is a 3.5-acre facility under one roof with a 125 foot by 250 foot heated indoor arena.

Description: Six meeting rooms:
• The Highlands Ballroom has 10-feet high ceilings and 4,680 square feet of space. This room is commonly used for banquets, weddings, receptions, proms and dances. The ballroom can be divided into three sections with each room measuring 1,560 square feet.
• The Conference Room is a multifunctional room and is 594 square feet.
• The Boardroom seats 10 around a large conference table and has 255 square feet of space.
• The Pre-Function Area is mainly used as an exhibit area, reception or registration area with 1,344 square feet.
• Poolside area is used for exhibits and weddings and it has the capacity of seating 300 (rounds 10) to 160 (rounds of eight ).
• Two Meeting Suites can seat six conference style.

Description: Meeting space can be reserved in the beautiful, relaxing environment of the center. The center is a unique place to hold retreats, meetings and special gatherings. They are equipped with a large conference room, two audio/visual rooms for breakout sessions and full-service, on-site catering by the Walkway Cafe.
The conference room is 1,280 square feet and can accommodate groups up to 75 people. The audio/visual rooms are 914 square feet and 595 square feet. Rooms can be arranged to each groups' specifications.
Room Usage Fees: $50 per room per day
Catering Policy: The Walkway Cafe has an exclusive contract with the Craft Center. No outside catering permitted.
Housing: Craft Center housing is for students only. If your group requires lodging, please see the list of local accommodations.
Shopping: Visiting the exhibitions and gallery at the center can be a great break during meetings.
